Brynfield Manor

This place is so friendly – it is like home, so I class it as my home now with respect and contentment.

The staff are always willing to help residents. The atmosphere is good and wholesome. There are regular entertainment and a choice of food. Some of the residents’ needs are quite challenging but individual staff treat them with care and dignity.

My father needed to be urgently admitted to a care home and we consider ourselves very fortunate that Brynfield Manor could offer him a place and an exceptionally good room. He has been welcomed by a very friendly staff and his health and general welfare have improved enormously.

The staff are very helpful and always willing to help. The door is always open to discuss any issues with regard to my mum’s care. Head nurse and manager are very accommodating and willing to discuss my mum’s care on a regular basis.

Residents are very happy here. The care is outstanding and cleanliness is very good. Would highly recommend. The staff are very friendly and very good at their job.
